- Which coating is included, and what warranty applies to it?
- Can I see the total price before optional add-ons?
Adaptation and remake policy
- What should normal adaptation feel like during the first days?
- Which symptoms suggest the frame adjustment or measurements should be checked?
- How long is the adaptation or remake window?
- What costs are covered if the prescription, measurement, or design needs to change?
